Besides the standard measures – like staff background checks, proper staff-to-child ratios and being prepared with evacuation plans – we offer Internet monitoring for parents and a fingerprint security system for building entry. The director’s office is also positioned for staff to see who enters and exits our child care centers.

The health and well-being of the children entrusted to our care is most important to us, which is why Expressive Beginnings staff members are taught by a registered nurse and certified to administer medication. They may also give emergency inhalers for asthma and epinephrine pens for severe allergies.
